Samsung launched their much awaited tablets in India with all the glamour courtesy Lara Dutta who was pretty impressed by the two tablets. The much hyped Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 (Tab 10.1) along with its sibling, the Tab 730 (Tab 8.9) are finally here. They are touted as the slimmest and lightest tablets yet to enter in the market. Tab 750 weighs just 565 grams, and the Tab 730 is a mere 465 grams. The ultra-thin form factor, combined with lightweight design, promises great mobility and comfort for users.
Samsung has also integrated TouchWiz user experience with a live panel menu that allows users to customize and display a variety of content on the home screen. Galaxy Tab 750 & 730 will come pre-loaded with readers hub giving consumers instant access to more than 2.2 million books. Both the Tabs feature a 3 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, providing smooth transitions and 1080p HD video. The tablet offers 16 GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, 1 GHz Dual Core Tegra2 processor and runs on Android v3.1 Honeycomb. The battery life of Tab 750 is claimed to be 9 hours as it has a 7000mAh battery on it, while the 8.9 inch tablets sports a smaller 6100mAh battery. The accessories are the ones to look out for, the Bluetooth keypad looks brilliant and the Desk Docking stations are pretty impressive.
Now the Samsung 750 & 730 join the original 7-inch Galaxy Tab, and heats up the segment across all screen sizes. The Tab 750 is priced at Rs 36,200, and The Tab 730 is priced at Rs 33,990. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 will also be introduced in the market commencing end of this month, which will have an attractive promotional offer from Vodafone of 2GB Data Downloads, free every month for 6 Months @ Rs. 3000 only.
